Tues, Wed & Fri — 7:30–9:00 PM Includes Weekly 1-to-1 — £250** This 6-week crash course is designed to give women the fundamentals of MMA in a structured, supportive, and beginner-friendly environment. No pressure, no judgment — just a welcoming space where you can learn at your own pace and build real confidence. Across six weeks, you’ll train three evenings a week, learning striking basics, wrestling positions, simple takedowns, and essential grappling skills like guard, mount, and escapes. Every session is broken down step-by-step so it’s easy to follow, even if you’ve never trained before. You’ll also receive one 1-to-1 session every week to focus on your personal goals, improve technique, and track your progress. We guarantee this course will give you the fundamentals of MMA and massively boost your confidence. If you complete all 6 weeks and don’t agree, we’ll refund you in full.
