Scrimmage Wrestling Classes
This class is all about live work, no technique, no drills, just pure positional sparring and rolling. It’s designed for athletes who want to sharpen their wrestling instincts, improve transitions, and build match endurance through live scrambles and competitive rounds. Come prepared to work hard and wrestle!
Boxing Classes
A perfect introduction to boxing. In this class, you'll work on key fundamentals like footwork, stance, and striking technique through pad work, 3-for-3 partner drills, and movement-focused exercises. Each session ends with light, controlled sparring to help develop timing and ring awareness. All levels welcome — gloves up and get ready to move!

Striking Classes
A solid class for anyone looking to develop their striking. This class blends techniques from boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and K-1, applied across different scenarios for MMA and stand-up competition. The focus is on clean technique, pad work, and partner drills, giving you transferable striking skills that can be used in whichever discipline you choose.


Open mat (class)
This is a one-hour session open to all students. This time is for live rolling, positional work, and sparring with teammates at your own pace. No structured teaching just rounds, movement, and time to sharpen your game. A great opportunity to get extra mat time and test what you’ve been working on.

Advanced MMA Class
High-level MMA training built around the group in the room. Sessions focus on advanced technique, live work, and shared goals, with the coach adapting the class to challenge everyone training together.

Private sessions
(1-4 people max)
Small-group, highly personalised training in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, or Boxing. Every session is tailored to you, focusing in detail on your game, weaknesses, and performance goals.
