Service Description

This 6-week crash course is designed to give you the fundamentals of MMA quickly, safely, and with full support. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone returning to training. No pressure just a welcoming environment where you can learn at your own pace. Across six weeks, you’ll train three evenings a week, covering striking basics, wrestling positions, simple takedowns, and core grappling skills like guard, mount, and escapes. Everything is taught step-by-step so you never feel lost. You’ll also receive one 1-to-1 session every week to refine technique and track your progress. We guarantee this course will give you the fundamentals of MMA and massively boost your confidence. If you complete all 6 weeks and don’t agree, we’ll refund you in full.
