Hey guys,
I’ve taken a couple of days off after the seminar with Christmas and everything else going on, so if you messaged the gym and I didn’t get back to you straight away, that’s my fault. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported the seminar, and I hope everyone had a great Christmas as well.
We’ll be off next week, but we’ll be back in on Saturday the 3rd, and then running as normal from there. If you’re planning your training around the holidays, Saturday the 3rd is our first session back on the mats.
The seminar itself was a really good experience. Having Chris Duncan in the gym was class, and the level of engagement from everyone on the mats was exactly what we want to see. Chris delivered high-level detail, answered questions openly, and stayed around after to train and speak with people, which always makes a big difference. From a coaching point of view, it was great to see people picking things up quickly and applying them straight away.
Photos from the seminar will be going up on Monday or Tuesday at the latest, so keep an eye on our socials for those.
I’m also putting more time into longer-form content now. I’ll be releasing one YouTube video every Sunday evening, covering training, mindset, events, and what we’re building at the gym. If you enjoy our reels and short-form content, you’ll definitely get value from the YouTube videos too. I’ll leave the link here in the post.
If you came to the seminar, train with us, or just enjoy what we’re doing, I’d really appreciate it if you could leave us a Google review. I’ll include the link here as well, as it genuinely helps the gym more than people realize.
As always, if you’ve got any questions, feel free to message the page. I’ll be in and out over the next few days but will get back to everyone as quickly as I can.
Thanks again for the support, enjoy the rest of the holidays, and I’ll see you all back on the mats on Saturday the 3rd.
Best wishes,
Aiden.
