Hey guys,
We’ve had a really solid month at the club, loads of new starters and even a few old faces popping back in, which is always great to see. June, July, and August are usually our quietest months with everyone off for summer, so it’s been class to keep the energy high.
Merch Update
The merch has been flying out faster than expected. I’ve ordered more, so if you're waiting on gear, it should be in within the next week or two, appreciate your patience.
Gallery Update
There are over 50 new photos now live in the gallery for you to check out. Make sure you have a scroll through when you get a minute.
Performance Studio
We’ve added some great sparring footage this month, Harry vs Jack Barlow, Liam “The Buggy Band” and Liam B. Even an old-school roll of me wrecking a guy in jits. Ah, the good ol' days.
Upcoming Sparring Night
We’ve got another Muay Thai club coming in for sparring on Friday, July 6th — MMA fighters, make sure you’re in for that. It’ll be a good night of rounds and learning.
Membership Spaces
With the recent influx of new members, we’re getting close to capacity in some classes. I’m working on a long-term solution, but for now, memberships will be limited. When signing up, you’ll be able to see how many spaces are left. If the membership you want is sold out, you can:
Join the waiting list
Work 1-to-1 with a coach in the meantime
Or book sessions individually
I’d recommend locking in your membership while it’s still available.
Student of the Month Awards – April
We're recognizing three standout students this month who’ve shown serious commitment, effort, and attitude across the board.
Youth Athlete of the Month – Kai Tegarden
Kai’s been absolutely smashing it lately. His attitude in class is spot on — he turns up to every session, puts in the work, and trains smart. I’ve been really impressed with his consistency and focus. His reward: a full B4MMA rash guard set.
Fighter of the Month – James Swan
James has been a machine, performing well in class, in sparring, and on our travels. On top of that, he buses through from Edinburgh just to train. What a fucking beast. His reward: a fresh B4MMA hoodie.
Dedication Award – Jackson "AJX / Jacksonator / Buggy Bandit"
Jackson’s given himself about 12 nicknames this month, but one thing he’s definitely earned is this award. He’s shown up to the most classes in April/june and has been putting in the work non-stop. His reward: a B4MMA embroidered top.
Massive respect to all three. Keep showing up, putting in the graft, and we’ll keep rewarding it.
