Quick Update – Back, Recharged & Ready to Push On


I’ve had a bit of time away recently, and honestly, I thought I’d get more work done while I was off—but I’ve actually ended up focusing more on my own health and fitness again. It’s been class being able to eat well, train properly, and just look after myself a bit. Physically, I’m feeling the best I have in a while, and I’m buzzing to get back to training when I’m home.



While I’ve been off, I’ve also been thinking—it’s probably time we start getting ready for comps again. A couple of the guys are looking ready to go, so I’ll be in touch with them over the next wee while to get things moving. There’ll be space for more to get involved too, so if you’re thinking about competing this year, now’s the time to step it up.



I’ve opened up some trial spots for June as well and had a solid response—4 people booked in on the first day. I’m capping it at 8 so everyone gets proper attention, and I’ll be filtering trial members into classes based on their level and goals.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon and getting stuck back in.
